MISSION
SOUTH COAST BAYERN
is dedicated to provide a soccer program to regional youth that inspire
enjoyment of the game, development of soccer skills and discipline of
integrity.
CLUB PHILOSOPHY
We offer a structured program that emphasizes
discipline and sportsmanship. Family involvement is encouraged to help
create a unified soccer community and support for the youth players. As
players progress in skill and game understanding, expectations for team
play can vary from player to player. Players are selected for teams
based on age and a tryout process. Playing up is acceptable only through
a tryout and approval process.
SOUTH COAST BAYERN is dedicated to offering an empowering experience for
all participants, with a focus on individual skill and awareness. SOUTH
COAST BAYERN is also dedicated to develop players to their utmost
potential. Club goals for our teams are to develop players who:
1. Show enthusiasm for the game and respect for fellow
players, coaches and referees.
2. Exhibit growing understanding of the game, soccer
etiquette, and rules of soccer.
3. Maintain a sufficient level of fitness and show
consistent skill improvement.
4. Are committed to travel and regular attendance at
games and practices.
5. Have a high degree of mental presence, focus and
attention.
6. Have fun while improving skills.
